William Tuning brings over 25 years’ worth of experience in progressive supervisory and comprehensive business sales management roles to Jar Staffing where he is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition.
Prior to joining the company, William worked in the credit union, banking and mortgage lending industries, picking up skills on adeptly making it in dynamic management and virtual environments, utilizing human and financial resources as well as effectively training, mentoring and coaching staff for optimal productivity, efficiency and quality. His work experience in some of the country’s finest mortgage banking firms where he worked, alongside Executive Management and Human Resources, to recruit talented mortgage lending professionals with the goal of assisting lending clients with extraordinary service to enable them to purchase or refinance the home of their dreams prepared him for his current role with Jar Staffing.

With over 20 years recruiting experience under his belt, Jeffrey decided he wanted to open a recruiting firm that truly reflected his vision of consultative recruiting. Since 2002, Jeffrey has been involved in recruiting in the retail production side of the business and has successfully helped several companies grow their production by billions of dollars. He has been a consultant to many of the industry’s top producers, who trusted him to place them with the right company. Jeffrey has always been a student of the industry and with his work with the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, he has shown himself to be dedicated to the industry he serves. Jeffrey has also received several awards for top production in recruiting over the years and was also asked to join the Pinnacle Society, a consortium of the top 85 recruiters in the nation. Jeffrey’s unique approach to the business and his deep relationships has allowed him to position JAR Staffing as a premier search firm in the mortgage industry.
